I burst my tyres and within 5 minutes they came to our aid. Very accommodating and had the tyres changed within 15 minutes! All and all they were good craic and very helpful.

I was passing through the area when I ran into car trouble, and with a long drive ahead I feared I would be left stranded. Liam and the team could not have been more helpful. They had parts sourced, fitted and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours - they even checked over the rest of the car too. Absolutely fantastic service and lovely people. Highly recommend.

On the way to Achill on the N5 and car started to lose most of its power so has to pull over. I was waiting 2 hours on the side of the road before breakdown assist came along. I was having no luck trying over 5 garages in castlebar area for any availability to fix the car. The roadside assist mechanic suggested Cassidys garage in Charlestown. I gave them a call and Liam said it wouldn’t be an issue at all to bring the car in. They knew exactly what the issue was and car was fixed within 24 hours. I was in achill at that point and they were very helpful in arranging a Sunday pickup when the garage wasn’t open. Liam, Michelle and the team team were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make sure all was ok, car is running great and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

On the 15th September My uncle David on a trip to Knock from Dublin who is a pensioner in his early 80s had a battery problem in his car and Called to Cassidy's garage in Charlestown. Arrived back into knock airport to find my car In limp mode, made it as far as Cassidy’s and explained my situation to Liam who was very understanding. The problem was diagnosed, parts were sourced and fitted all within 2.5 hours, brilliant service at short notice from all the gang at Cassidy’s.

I broke down on the N5 today on my way to Dublin. I was stuck on the roadside for 2 hours before being collected by a breakdown truck and brought to Cassidys garage in Charlestown.I had rang Cassidys earlier and I was talking to Liam who reassured me that they could help me if I was able to get my vehicle to their garage. I found Liam, Kenneth and the staff very friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and they had me back on the road very quickly. I highly recommend this garage Thanks folks

My sports car failed the Nct test on very high omissions, Someone recommended Cassidy Motors to me, Liam collected my car from my home in the morning as it's about 45 mins drive for me , Kenneth did all the checks and found what was causing the problems and sorted the issues , my car was delivered back to my home later that day, alot cleaner than it was in the morning 😊 thank you Liam, Kenneth and John for the excellent job that was done on my car , my car flew through the Nct two days later... We had a problem with our fuel filter today and we stopped in Charlestown, we found Cassidy's garage and stopped in to have the car fixed! We were back on the road within an hour thanks to Liam. A very very nice man who looked after us. Very good value and excellent service! Highly recommend for anyone in the area or even passing through! 👍👍

Hi, I highly recommend Cassidy’s garage in Charlestown, I was travelling from Sligo to Castlebar hospital and on the way a light came on my dashboard that worried me, I called into Cassidy’s where Liam was so helpful and assured me everything was okay, it was just the pressure in the tyres but as a woman travelling alone and I admit not having a mechanical clue what was wrong I could not have been better looked after. Liam offered to check the oil and water for me also and I was so happy leaving Cassidy’s knowing I was travelling safely. Thank you Liam and the lovely gentleman that put me on the road safely, ye are a credit to the garage and I will definitely be back again.

Our car broke down in Charlestown on route from Donegal to Galway for daughter's graduation. Rang Liam and he told us to call to garage. Had new fan belt sorted and fitted within an hour. Excellent service, could not recommend highly enough.

I was travelling from Westport to Co Meath last Monday afternoon. Just after Castlebar my windscreen wiper snapped off and blew away in the strong breeze.I called into your Circle K garage shop to.purchase a replacement wiper. The lady there directed me to your showroom. I think the man's name was Liam. He took my car into his service area and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the issue with the linkage on the wiper, replaced it with a safe, smaller wiper to get me home. He also checked the oil level and refilled the windscreen wash. All I was charged was €15.I cannot express enough my gratitude for this help. Had I just replaced the wiper myself it would have snapped off soon again. If I had stopped at a garage in Dublin it would have cost me a fortune.Please pass on my thanks to Liam. I made a mistake, I thought that my car had two reverse lights and one was blown. After speaking to Brian, he pointed out I had only one reverse light and one fog light. To be fair I was looked after by Brian and he was very informative, I tried to pay something for inconvenience, and he didn't want accept anything, he was really nice about the situation. I said i'd leave a review at least. Will be back in the future for sure. Very friendly & very polite people.
