We have two locations in County Mayo: one in Charlestown and the other on the Crossmolina Road in Ballina, proving we are an ideal location for all motorists in Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, and Leitrim, and we are the only Suzuki dealer serving these counties. Having joined the Suzuki family in 1999, we have become one of the longest-serving dealers in the country. We have a full sales and aftersales outlet at each branch. Battery died on car and was very stuck, the lads charged it up for me and even pumped my spare tyre, all free of charge. Would be rightly stuck without them. Gentlemen, highly recommend!

I honestly can’t recommend Cassidy Motors Charlestown enough. Liam and Mary Jane (I hope I got that right 🫣) were unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road so quickly, especially on such short notice. They rang multiple garages to source tyres and locking wheel keys to sort out a mess left behind by another dealer, nothing was too much trouble.I’ve been going to this garage for a few years now, and from the very first day I walked in, they made me feel like family. The level of care, honesty, and effort they put into their work is exceptional.If I could give them 10 stars, I genuinely would. A fantastic garage with even better people.

We have been customers for well over 10 years now. In that time Liam has organised our car to be towed, checked it out at short notice when unexpected issues arose & provided a high standard of maintenance with the annual service. We’ve had a major technical problem this year & really appreciate the extra help in getting it sorted finally! Excellent customer service!

I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could!My partner purchased a vehicle here ... and had a small teething problem within a few days. We got a flat right outside of Cassidy motors. They were incredibly nice and helped us out with our tire and sent us on our way within 45 minutes. We had a rental and one of the employees went as far as calling our rental service to make sure the tire replacement would be covered. Customer service was incredible and every person we talked to was incredibly nice. I would recommend Cassidy motors to anyone. Thank you guys so much !
